Unfortunately I didn't make it there, but thought I would update the current reading list here that Melissa provided:

Here is the schedule that six of us set tonight at Rachel's house.

These are all Fridays. Assume 7 p.m. start unless hostess declares otherwise.

Nov. 14 — Jennifer — Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz

Dec. 5 — Rachel — potluck and DVD "Persepolis"

Jan. 9 — Lorraine — Son of a Witch by Gregory Maguire (sequel to Wicked)

Feb. 6 — Sarah — The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

March 6 — Barb — Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim by David Sedaris

April 3 or May 1 — Melissa — Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert (want to invite mother-in-law, so date is pending. Either April or Tana will host the other month. If Tana wants to host then April is open to hosting a non-book club meeting in July.)
